Abstract
Rhinolith defined as formation of stone within the nasal cavity. Although stones rarely form in the nasal cavity, the findings of calcified objects or stones anywhere within the body have long been a subject of interest. A side from what we observed ourselves, nasal concretions may the source of bad smell from the nose and which consequently became a social issue for the patient. The salient features of Rhinoliths and their relevance to clinical practice are highlighted and a series cases with their way of presentation are discussed in this article. So as to enable the attending clinician to be aware of this forgotten entity, which requires a high index of suspicion.
