Abstract
Coexisting colonic adenocarcinoma and tuberculosis is a rare entity. A 36 year female presented with mass in the right lower abdomen, occasional vomiting and generalized weakness. Acolonoscopy was performed, and fleshy, friable mass was seen at mid ascending colon. With the diagnosis of carcinoma. she underwent right hemicolectomy The histopathological examination revealed carcinoma with coexisting tuberculosis.
