Introduction
Trauma management is one of the major services in the tertiary health care. From minor injury up to poly-trauma all require a well established set up. A dedicated team can make the set up worth its name. North East Medical College Hospital has been serving the local community for last 15 years & has proved its quality and expertise in all the specialities including Orthopaedics. We reviewed the work in the department of Orthopedics during the last one year to check the standard of service and scope for further improvement.
